Life's little adventures, accompanied by a running watch
Hmmmm....yes, I might consider an ultra myself if I could eat that all the time ;)
I love the fact that ginger is easy on the stomach (even in cookie form!)
That's one of the best things about the ultras I've run!
I've supported a few and have definitely taken notice of what is at the aid stations. Cookies seem to fit right in :)
ha ha - i'm about to experiment with cookies myself! the perks of ultra running!
Experiment #1 (a couple pretzels washed down w/ a couple of those yummy ginger cookies) - SUCCESS! I only went 3 miles, but I figure it's better to experiment and possibly have it go very bad on a 3 mile run instead of a 10 mile run.
This reminds me that I forgot to post my picture of mountaineering snacks! Yes, I'm with you. The snacks are worth it!
I'm such a helper reminding you of that :) Snacks definitely rock!!
