The 18 miler happy dance is ovah

5.25 miles…check.  Hard.  So very hard.

                                     Bella:  Is she dead?
Scott:  No Bellz, she'll be fine.
Bella:  Oh good.  Can I have a cookie now?

Hard.  Hard.  Hard.  Hard.  Hard.  Hard.  Hard.  Hard.  Hard.  Hard.  Hard.  Hard.
Hard.  Hard.  Hard.  Hard.  Hard.  Hard.  Hard.  Hard.  Hard.  Hard.  Hard.  Hard.

  5. Awesome! It looks like your 18 miler elevation chart would make it look like I ran on flatlands yesterday when I bailed at 11. Super pace on those hills, and I assume heat too.

  6. I'm fortunate to have a husband who doubles as a coach/running partner. He helps me realize potential when I thought I was already there! It'll be a little while before I repeat that elevation chart :)
